1973 Championship of Australia
The 1973 Championship of Australia was an Australian rules football tournament held in Adelaide between the 6 October and 8 October 1973.
The championship was contested by the premiers of the VFL, the SANFL, the WAFL and the Tasmanian State Premiership.
All matches were played in Adelaide, South Australia.
The final, played in front of 9,491, was won by Richmond by a margin of 13 points, giving Richmond its 2nd Championship of Australia Title.[1] [2]
