The 1975 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 87th staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The championship ended on 14 September 1975.
The championship was won by Blackrock who secured the title following a 4-11 to 0-10 defeat of Glen Rovers in the final. This was their 26th championship title, their third in five years.[1]
St. Finbarr's were the defending champions.
