The 1993 South American Cross Country Championships took place on February 20–21, 1993. The races were held in Cali, Colombia.[1]

For the forst time, medals were awarded for teams. A list of athletes announced to participate,[2] results of the top 10 athletes,[1] top 10 results for junior and youth competitions,[3] and medal winners[4] were published.
