The 2003 America East Conference Baseball Tournament was held from May 22-24 at Centennial Field in Burlington, Vermont. The top four regular season finishers of the league's seven teams qualified for the double-elimination tournament. In the championship game, fourth-seeded Northeastern defeated third-seeded Stony Brook, 11-0, to win its third tournament championship. As a result, Northeastern received the America East's automatic bid to the 2003 NCAA Tournament.[1][2][3][4]
