The 2004 Malaysia Premier League (Malay: Liga Premier Malaysia 2004) is the inaugural season of the new revamp Malaysia Premier League since its inception as a second-tier league of Malaysia in 2004.
The Malaysia Premier League champions for 2004 were MPPJ FC. They were promoted to 2005 Malaysia Super League along with runners-up Melaka TMFC.
