The 2006 Mexican Figure Skating Championships were the Mexican Figure Skating Championships of the 2005–06 figure skating season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles and ladies' singles on the senior level for the title of national champion of Mexico. The results of the national championships were used to choose the Mexican teams to the 2006 World Figure Skating Championships and the 2006 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships.
The 2006 Championships took place between 13 and 19 November 2005 in Cuautitlán Izcalli.
