The 2014 Champions League Twenty20 was the sixth edition of Champions League Twenty20, an international Twenty20 cricket tournament. It was held in India from 13 September to 4 October 2014.[2][3] The tournament featured domestic Twenty20 teams from Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and the West Indies.
Mumbai Indians were the defending champions, but they failed to qualify for the main tournament. At the finals on 4 October 2014, the Chennai Super Kings defeated the Kolkata Knight Riders by eight wickets to secure their second CLT20 title.

Prize money
The total prize money of $6 million will be distributed among the Champions League T20 participating teams.
