520 Park Avenue is an American skyscraper under construction on East 60th Street west of Park Avenue in Manhattan, New York City. It was designed by Robert A. M. Stern.[1] The building will cost US$450 million to build.[2] The tower will be completed by 2017.[2] It is a Zeckendorf development. [3]

Design

Like much of Stern's work, the building is New Classical in style. The exterior of the building is clad in limestone, like many of Stern's works, such as 15 Central Park West. 520 Park will be the shortest of three skyscrapers designed by Stern in Manhattan, joining 30 Park Place, and 220 Central Park South.

Amenities

The building will include a garden, a children's playroom, a pool, and a fitness center. There will also be guest suites and wine cellars available for purchase.[4]
