Arthur Kenneth Jones
Arthur Kenneth Jones (1888 in Southampton – 1975 in Salisbury) was an English Badminton player. Jones was a pioneer of the sport. In 1925–26 he belonged to a group of six players, who travelled to Canada and the United States for two months to develop the sport in those countries. In the badminton world he is known as A. K. Jones.
Career
Arthur Kenneth Jones won only one big tournament. At the All England in 1925 he won the men's doubles title. Until 1977 the tournament was the unofficial world championships.
