Abbas Chahrour (born 1 January 1972 in Lebanon), is a former Lebanese footballer. He played for Lebanese Premier League side Nejmeh from 1994 to 2003 and represented the Lebanese national football team from 1996 to 2001. He participated at the 2000 AFC Asian Cup., 1998 Asian Games Thailand and World Cup qualifiers campaign. He is considered as one of the most recognizable players in Lebanon and loved by all Nejmeh Fans until now. Abbas had a thunderous shot from a free kick or penalty, where the goal keeper has no chance of saving.
International career
He appeared in 2000 AFC Asian Cup by coach Josip Skoblar. He scored 1 goal in a 2-2 draw over Iraq.
