On 8 December 1999, Douzdouzan resigned from his office as Chairman of the council.[3] After his resign request was not by the council, he stopped contribution in sessions and participated as a spectator.[4]

Abbas Duzduzani (Persian: عباس دوزدوزانی‎‎) is an Iranian politician who served in Mohammad-Ali Rajai cabinet. He was founder and first commander Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution.^[8][9][10]
