Abhishek Pratap Shah
Abhishek Pratap Shah (Nepali: अभिषेक प्रताप शाह) ( born 1 October 1982 ) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum. He was previously a member of Rastriya Prajatantra Party.[1] In January 2008, Shah was nominated to the interim parliament, taking the seat of his deceased father and RPP MP, Ajay Pratap Shah.[1] In March 2008 he resigned from the interim legislature, and joined MJF.[1] In the April 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Kapilvastu-5 constituency, winning 15694 votes.[2]
Abhishek Pratap Shah is the youngest elected Member of the current Constituent Assembly of Nepal out of 601 in total.[3][4]
Shah has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Babu Banarasi Das National Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh, India).
