Adelina is the Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian and Slavic variant of Adeline, meaning 'noble' or 'nobility'. Its other variants are Adela, Adelia, Della, Adalyn, Adalynn, Adelyn, Alene, Aline, Delia, Aada and Ada.
