Afrixalus morerei is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. Its common name is Morere's banana frog. It is endemic to Tanzania, where it occurs in the Udzungwa Mountains, and possibly the Uluguru Mountains. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, swamps, and pastureland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
