Ahmet Alkan

Ahmet Ugur Alkan is a Turkish economist and the former dean of Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences(FASS) at Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey. Alkan is a member of the Turkish Academy of Sciences.[1][2]
