Alan Haskvitz
Alan Paul Haskvitz (born 7 September 1942) is a notable teacher, who has been inducted into the National Teachers Hall of Fame[1] and won the Robert Cherry teaching award.[2] Haskvitz is notable for introducing "quality circles" into the education field and for being one of the first to actively promote "service learning" as part of the social science curriculum. He has been selected six times as one of the best teachers in the United States.
