Alice Minna Irmeli Herbst (born April 13, 1993)[1] is a Swedish former fashion model, best known for winning the fifth cycle of Sweden's Next Top Model in 2012.[2] She is the cousin of Victoria's Secret model Elsa Hosk.

After winning the competition, Herbst appeared in Danny Saucedo's music video for "Shake That Ass" along with fellow Sweden's Next Top Model contestants Jamilla Idris and Jenny Hammarlund.[3] She gave up modeling in August 2012.[4]

According to Aftonbladet, Herbst suffered from body dysmorphic disorder as a teenager.[5] She also suffers from asthma.[6]
