Andy Houts
Andrew Laurence "Andy" Houts[1] (June 23, 1965 – February 26, 1997)[1] was a cartoon actor and character actor for U.S. television from 1992 to 1997. He was also a production assistant for The Simpsons during its second and third season. He also wrote for "Rocko's Modern Life" and coordinated production for "Rugrats". He died in 1997 of brain tumor before the new season began. The episode "Radio Daze / Psycho Angelica" is dedicated in his memory. He was a gifted comic.
