Anthony J. "Tony" DeLuca is a former American politician and former President Pro Tempore of the Delaware Senate. A Democrat, he had served in the Senate representing the 11th District from 1999 until 2012. DeLuca chaired the State Senate Executive Committee, Ethics Committee, Legislative Council, and Permanent Rules and was a member of the Judiciary and Labor and Industrial Relations committees.
DeLuca lost a September 11, 2012 Democratic primary to Bryan Townsend.
