Ashlee Ageron Jones (born 4 August 1987) is an English footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. Jones came through the ranks at Southampton where he was a member of the squad that reached the FA Youth Cup Final in 2005. He later played in the Football League for Darlington, and includes Rushden & Diamonds, Wycombe Wanderers, Braintree Town, and Lowestoft town among his former clubs. He is currently playing for Leiston.
Career
Jones played for Rushden & Diamonds, Potters Bar Town, Fisher Athletic and Crawley Town before signing, in March 2009, for Wycombe Wanderers on a non-contract basis.[2]
It was announced in October 2009 that Jones had joined League Two club Darlington.[3] He made his Football League debut on 1 December 2009 for Darlington in their 4–0 away defeat against Notts County.[4] His contract was cancelled by mutual consent on 16 February 2010.[5]
Jones signed for Isthmian League Premier Division side Canvey Island on 17 August 2012,[6] joining Lowestoft Town the following season on a one-year contract.[7]
