Atlas silk

Atlas silk or Etles Silk (Uyghur: ئەتلەس,, ULY: Etles,Chinese: 艾德莱斯绸; pinyin: Ài dé lái sī chóu) is a type Ikat Uyghurs used only for woman's clothing. It is kind of silk produced by the atlas moth. One of the largest sites of production is China's far western city of Hotan, and surrounding towns in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.[1][2][3][4]
