It leaves Bangalore City at 08:00 hrs and reaches Chennai Central at around 14:30 hrs.[1] In the return direction, it leaves Chennai Central at 13:35 hrs and reaches Bangalore City at 20:05 hrs.[2] The train number is 12609 in the Chennai to Bangalore direction and 12610 in the Bangalore to Chennai direction.
