Bastar High School (GMHSS, Jagdalpur)
Bastar High School or Government Multipurpose Higher Secondary School, Jagdalpur is one of the oldest schools in Bastar district of Chhattisgarh, India. This was a complete boys school at one point of time. Now it has been converted under co-educational institute. This school has provided notable personalities to the society since its inception.
The School has been run under Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondar Education till 2000 before a new state Chhattisgarh was carved out and changed its curriculum under Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education.
