Berk Akın (born November 14, 1996) is a Turkish ice hockey goaltender. He plays in the B.B. Ankara SK and is a member of the Turkey men's national under-18 ice hockey team. As of the 2012-13 term, he is a student of 11th grade at Bahçelievler Deneme High School in Ankara.[1][2][3][4]
His interest in sports was awakened by his mother Yeşim Tabak, who was a professional handball player an instructor for physical education. Akın began with ice hockey at the age of eight.[1]
Berk Akın participated at the 2013 IIHF World U18 Championships - Division III Group B held January 7-10 in İzmit, Turkey.[2][3]
