Otis Leonard Carter (September 30, 1902, in Langley, South Carolina – September 10, 1976, in Greenville, South Carolina) was an American major league baseball player. He played for the New York Giants from 1925 to 1926, appearing in six games.
From 1933–1940 he was a player/manager in Minor League Baseball. He worked in the Piedmont League, Bi-State League, South Atlantic League and North Carolina State League.
