Bogdan Țăruș
Gabriel Bogdan Ţăruş (born 1 August 1975 in Piatra Neamţ, Neamţ) is a former Romanian athlete who competed in long jump. According to the IAAF, he jumped an exceptional 7.53 at the age of twelve (26 September 1987 in Reşiţa). He has, however, not had much success in World Championships or Olympic Games. His personal best is 8.29 metres, achieved in 1996. He retired in the summer of 2006.
