Southend, Berkshire
Southend is a village in the west of the civil parish of Bradfield (where the 2011 Census population was included) in the English county of Berkshire. Its postcode is RG7 6xx.
Church
St Peter's Church in Southend Bradfield seats 100. It was opened in 1965.[1]
Transport
Bus service 101 to Newbury is provided by Weavaway Travel, trading as Newbury & District.[2] The nearest railway station is Aldermaston.
Notable residents
Sisters Kate (later to become Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge) and Pippa Middleton lived here with their family throughout the 1980s.[3]
