Brownswood Recordings is a London-based independent record label founded by Gilles Peterson in 2006. The label produces several genres of music, including acid jazz, drum and bass, electronic dance, funk, and soul.
The roster includes Ben Westbeech, Ghostpoet, José James, Kate Theophilus, Mala, Orsi, Peggy Jean Louis, Sarah Jones, The Heritage Orchestra, Amy Frenchum, and Tom Morgan.[1]
