Bucculatrix coniforma is a moth in the Bucculatricidae family. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Massachusetts.
The wingspan is about 7.5 mm. The forewings are creamy white, obscured by dusting of ocherous- or dark-brown-tipped scales. The hindwings are fuscous. Legs pale whitish ocherous, shaded with fuscous, tarsal segments broadly blackish-tipped.[2]
