Buddleja davidii 'Rice Creek' is an American cultivar, introduced by Betty Ann Addison and Harvey Buchite of Rice Creek Gardens, Minnesota. [1]
Description
'Rice Creek' grows to a height of > 3 m, bearing panicles of lavender flowers. The shrub is regarded as more cold hardy than many davidii cultivars. [1] [2]

Little is recorded of 'Rice Creek' in cultivation; it is not known beyond the USA. Hardiness: USDA zones 6–9. [2]
