The pink maomao or longfin perch (Caprodon longimanus) is a sea bass of the subfamily Anthiinae in the family Serranidae. It is found in the southeastern Indian Ocean and southern Pacific Ocean off southern Australia, New Zealand and Insular Chile (Easter, Desventuradas and Juan Fernández Islands), at depths of 0–400 m (0–1,312 ft). Its length is up to 55 cm (1 ft 10 in).
