Castaneda is an American band based in Los Angeles, California, that formed in early 2007. The current (and former) members are Vega Schenk (lead vocals, guitar), Rob Derba (keys), Warren Nelson (lead guitar), Adam Reese (bass) and Mike Schneider (drums).[1][2]
About
The band creates transmittable and distinguished sound. Their music considered to be influences by U2 and The Cure.[3][4] The band name was inspired by writer Carlos Castaneda, who wrote a series of books telling tales of out-of-body experiences. The name represents the interaction between music and how people interpret it.[5]
