Cherakarottu Korula Jacob
The Right Rev. Cherakarottu Korula Jacob was Bishop of Travancore and Cochin in the mid twentieth century.[1]
Jacob was educated at the University of Madras and ordained in 1915. He was a CMS priest at Melukavu until 1919. For the next twenty years he was Principal of the Cambridge Nicholson Institute at Kottayam.[2] Later he was the Archdeacon of Mavelikkara before his elevation to the Episcopate in 1945.
