Cherry Ventures
Cherry Ventures is a Berlin-based venture capital firm that specializes in providing seed-stage funding to consumer technology companies.
Founded by Filip Dames, Daniel Glasner and Christian Meermann which have co-founded successful internet companies such as ZALANDO and QUANDOO Cherry Ventures typically provides seed-stage funding and focuses on portfolio companies' growth during their first 18 months. The company takes an active role in supporting the development of its portfolio companies.[1]
The firm has launched its first fund in 2012 which has invested in the seed stage of companies like AUTO1, ALOHA, LESARA, QUANDOO, HappyFresh and AMORELIE.[2] Fund II was announced in 2016 at a total volume of 150M EUR.[3]
