Chinavenkannapalem is a village in Kondapi in the Prakasam district, in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh State. Chinavenkannapalem is a scenic village with an abundance of lush green fields along the Musi River, a tributary of the Krishna river.

Geography

Chinavenkannapalem is located 10 km west of Tanguturu and 10 km east of Kondapi. It is located along the Tangturu Ring Road which is the center for politics, education, and telecommunications for the surrounding villages. Chinavenkannapalem is on the same road as Ongole, which is only 34 km away.[1] The village has a large reservoir that provides water to the majority of the surrounding geographic area.

Economy

Cash crops include tobacco, subabul and peanuts. This area is also good for growing food crops like: rice and a variety of "pulses", or legumes .

As per the latest Census of India records, this village has 148 households with a total population of 702.[2]
