Chiping County (simplified Chinese: 茌平县; traditional Chinese: 茌平縣; pinyin: Chípíng Xiàn) is a county of northwesternShandong province, People's Republic of China. It is administered by Liaocheng, and is 120 kilometres (75 mi) west of Jinan, the provincial capital.
The population was 565,756 in 1999.[1]
