History

6 July 1998: Commencement of Route A22 together with the opening of Hong Kong International Airport.
17 December 2001: Provision of weekday morning special departure from Lam Tin with an additional stop at Cathay City.
5 December 2007: Stop establishment at Airport (Terminal 2) for Airport bound.
31 January 2010: Re-routing to Stonecutters Bridge and Nam Wan Tunnel instead of Tsing Kwai Highway and Cheung Tsing Tunnel, being the first batch of franchised bus routes passing through Stonecutters Bridge.
19 December 2012: Cityflyer Real-time Next Bus Arrival Time service available on all Cityflyer routes for passengers to search the estimated time of arrival of the routes.
