Colleen Fletcher (born Colleen Margaret Dalton, 1954) is an English Labour Party politician. She has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Coventry North East since May 2015.[1]

The daughter of Coventry Labour councillor Dot Dalton, Fletcher was born and educated in the constituency she now represents, attending Richard Lee Primary School, Lyng Hall Comprehensive School and Henley College. She married Ian Fletcher in 1972; they have two sons. She was first elected to Coventry City Council at the Wyken by-election which followed her mother's death in 1992, before losing her seat in 2004. She was re-elected in the neighbouring Upper Stoke ward in 2011, standing down in 2015 on her election to as MP.
