Plot
A man named Samuel and his pet dog Rover are both hit by an ambulance whilst crossing the street. Samuel and Rover are accidentally given their opposite plasmas. As the cartoon continues, Samuel begins to take on more doglike attributes, while Rover takes on more human attributes. Both cause strife in their home, which annoys Samuel's wife, Maggie.
