Dakshineswar (Bengali: দক্ষিনেশ্বর) is a town under Kamarhati Municipality in Barrackpore subdivision of the city Kolkata in West Bengal.
The Belgharia Police Station under the Barrackpore Police Commisionarate is responsible for maintaining the law and order at Dakshineswar.
