The second series of Dani's House began airing on 30 November 2009 with double episodes each week. It aired double episodes for 5 weeks and continued to air one episode each week. There was a Christmas Special "Scrooge Tube" that aired on the 21 December 2009. There was also a sport's relief special "Marathon Man" which aired on March 19, 2010. Series 3 began airing 10 September 2010 but was supposed to air in March 2010 after the Sport's Relief Special. But was decided to move to September 2010 instead. The series stars Dani (Dani Harmer), Sam (Klariza Clayton), Jack (Darragh Mortell), Max (Sebastian Applewhite) and Ben (James Gandhi). Harry Culverhouse as Toby left the show but has continued to work as Coordinator Zang.

Series 2 (2009- Early 2010)
In series 2, Darragh Mortell appears as the new character of Jack who replaces Toby. Eoghan Quigg and Same Difference guest star. Harry Culverhouse still appears as Co-ordinator Zang. This is the second time Dani Harmer has worked with Darragh Mortell as they worked together in The Story of Tracy Beaker. The series also included a 2010 Sport Relief special. The Baby From Hell from Series 1, doesn't appear in Series 2 as it is at Nursery during day time, according to Dani. It is Replaced by The Cat From Hell, who first appears in 'Jack In The House' and some of the episodes in Series 2. The Cat disappears in Series 3, as it is hiding in its hiding space in Dani's attic. He is mentioned in the Series 5 episode, 'Doggy Day Afternoon'.
On October 25, 2016, the episode, Jack In The House reached 900.887 viewers and a tweet on Twitter stated that CBBC should show it as a rerun.

Dani has moved house and finds out that she has been offered a record deal to celebrate she throws a massive party for all her mates, but finds everything thrown into chaos when the oddly-familiar DJ Jack causes mayhem. Meanwhile, Dani's brother Max plans to embarrass his big sister and ruin her party, just as soon as he can find out why his best friend Ben is under investigation by a secret agent. Jack needs a new gimmick for his gigs. Despite Dani and Sam's doubts, he decides to become a DJ-gician, a combination DJ and magician. All he needs now is an audience to test himself on. At the same time, Max has decided that the perfect way to get what he wants is to act like a five-year-old. The plan works beautifully until Max discovers an old toy and realises how much it means to him. Things come to a head when Jack decides the toy would be perfect for his sawing-in-half trick. Sam and Jack are tired of Dani ditching them for auditions and try-outs, so she promises faithfully that she won't let them down again. Maggie agrees to stand in for Dani but soon turns out to be more trouble than Dani could have imagined, especially when she starts advising Max and Ben on their project to build a space shuttle. | ||||||

Ben and Max are caught with the money and Dani takes the money from them and empties Max's pockets filled with the rest of the money.
