Dardağan is a village in the District of Adıyaman, Adıyaman Province, Turkey. As of 2011, it had a population of 343 people.[1] It is located to the northwest of Adıyaman, on the road to Kuşakkaya.
Its economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry. The village has a primary school and a drinking water system, but as of 2011 there is no sewage system or post office. There is no health center. An asphalt road provides access to the village, which also has electricity and a fixed telephone connection.
