Dasoul (born 6 February 1990) is a Spanish singer.[1] In 2012, he was signed up by Roster Music, and during this time he has developed his skills as a producer and a composer, but also as an artist. He has collaborated with Henry Mendez, Cristian Deluxe, Decai, Keymass & Bonche, among others. After releasing several singles, at the end of 2014, he launched 'Él No Te Da'. The track has become a success, remaining in the Top 10 for more than two months of the Spanish Official Singles Sales Chart. The singles has already got a platinum disc.
Biography
Dasoul was born in Gran Canaria on 6 February 1990. Since he was a child he was interested in music world, although he decided to leave it in second place. Five years ago, he decided to make his passion his work, so that he started to produce and compose for different Spanish national artists. Thus, he showed his talent and carved out a place in the professional music world. In 2012, Dasoul was signed up by Roster Music, the most important independent record Company in Spain, and during this time he has developed his skills as a producer and a composer, but also as an artist. He has collaborated with Henry Mendez, Cristian Deluxe, Decai, Keymass & Bonche, among others.
His first single, titled 'De Lao a Lao', was launched at the beginning of 2013 and became one of the songs of the summer. He spent the last months of 2013 in Miami and Puerto Rico, where he collaborated with international producers and artists, such as Fito Blanko, Maffio or Eliel. Moreover, he achieved his knowledge and he released some tracks such as the remix of 'De Lao A Lao', 'La Bienvenida Al Amor' or 'Vámonos Pa La Calle'.
In the middle of 2014, he launched 'La Bienvenida Al Amor' and started the promotional tour which took him through the most important cities in Spain. His track was played in the most remarkable radio stations of the momento and he appeared in some leading TV programmes. His tracks have been included in the biggest selling compilations, for instance 'Miamibiza', 'Lokura Latina' or 'Gran Hermano'.
His songs are defined into the Urban genre, but Dasoul is passionate about a great variety of commercial styles from Latin to House. His main models are Michael Jackson, Don Omar, Daddy Yankee, David Guetta, Eminem, 50 Cent or Dr. Dre.
In 2015, he was nominated to Best Spanish New Act in Los Premios 40 Principales, ultimately losing out to Álvaro Soler.[2]
