David Antón Guijarro (born 23 June 1995) is a Spanish chess grandmaster.
Chess career
He won the silver medal in the 2014 European Individual Chess Championship, thus qualifying for the FIDE World Cup 2015.[1] He won the 2014 Spanish Blitz Championship held in Sabiote, finishing ahead of World Top 50 star Francisco Vallejo Pons.[2]
He tied for second place (sixth on tiebreak) in the European Blitz Championships in 2014.[3]
