David H. McClain (born June 4, 1933) is an American attorney and former politician in the state of Florida.
McClain was born in Macon, Georgia and moved to Florida in 1956. An attorney, he is an alumnus Duke University, George Washington University, and Stetson College of Law.[1] He was elected to the State Senate for the 24th district in 1971. He was redistricted to the 21st district in 1973, and served until 1982. He is a member of the Republican party.[2]
