David Muñoz (born in Madrid, 15 of January, 1980) is a Spanish chef, who has earned three Michelin stars.
Biography
After working in several restaurants in Madrid, Muñoz moved to London, where he worked in a number of asian restaurants.[1]
DiverXO
In 2007, Muñoz returned to Madrid, where he opened DiverXO, a restaurant serving fusion cuisine. In 2010, DiverXO earned Muñoz his first Michelin star, followed by a second in 2012. In 2013, the restaurant became the eighth in Spain to be awarded with three Michelin stars.
Private life
Muñoz was married to Ángela Montero Díaz, manager and partner of DiverXO.
Since December 2014, Muñoz has been in a relationship with the television presenter Cristina Pedroche. In October 2015 they were married.
