David Reader
David Reader (born 1 October 1947) is a former British diplomat. He was previously British Ambassador to Cambodia, and High Commissioner to Swaziland.[1][2]
Education
Born in Barrow-in-Furness, Reader was educated at Barrow Grammar School.
