Death House is an upcoming American horror film written by Gunnar Hansen and directed by Harrison Smith. The film features an ensemble cast of horror icons including Kane Hodder, Barbara Crampton, Bill Moseley, Dee Wallace, Tony Todd and Camille Keaton. Originally written by Hansen, the film started as a concept intended to bring as many horror legends together in one film.[1][2][3][4]

Plot

During an exclusive tour, a power breakdown inside a secret prison known as the Death House sends two agents fighting through a labyrinth of horrors while being pursued by a ruthless army of roaming inmates. As they fight to escape, the agents push toward the lowest depths of the facility where they learn a supernatural group of evil beings are their only chance for survival.

The film was originally written by Gunnar Hansen and he intended for it to feature as many horror legends as possible. The most notable horror icons confirmed include Kane Hodder, Barbara Crampton, Bill Moseley, Dee Wallace, Camille Keaton, Sid Haig, Felissa Rose, Tony Todd, Adrienne Barbe and, Michael Berrymon. It was originally speculated that Robert Englund would have a role but he said he was never given the script.[5]

Release

Death House is set to be released early 2017.

The trailer premiered on Saturday, 3rd September 2016 at the Days of The Dead Convention. Shortly after the premier, horror site Bloody Disgusting hosted the trailer.
