Dennis Dean Higgins (born August 4, 1939 in Jefferson City, Missouri) is a former professional baseball player. He was a right-handed pitcher over parts of seven seasons (1966–1972) with the Chicago White Sox, Washington Senators, Cleveland Indians and St. Louis Cardinals. For his career, he compiled a 22–23 record in 241 appearances, mostly as a relief pitcher, with a 3.42 earned run average, 339 strikeouts, and 46 saves.
