The Roman Catholic Diocese of Barrancabermeja (Latin: Barrancabermeiensis) is a diocese located in the city of Barrancabermeja in the Ecclesiastical province of Bucaramanga in Colombia.
History
- 2 April 1928: Established as Territorial Prelature of Río Magdalena from the Diocese of Nueva Pamplona and Diocese of Socorro y San Gil
- 18 April 1950: Promoted as Apostolic Vicariate of Barrancabermeja
- 27 October 1962: Promoted as Diocese of Barrancabermeja
